Terms & Conditions for Fishing Competition at On The Beach:

1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia only. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promotion commences on 21-03-2008 and closes on 23-08-2008.
4. To enter the Prize Draw, simply fill in your contact details on the entry form.
5. Prize Draws for the fishing gear prize will be conducted on 23 August 2008.
6. Prize Winners will be notified by telephone or Email.
7. Prizes are not transferable & cannot be taken as cash.
8. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Oxmar Privacy Policy which can be accessed on our website: www.oxmarproperties.com.au
10. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent/guardian on their behalf.
12. Prizes is for the prize only. Any travel to and from Burrum Heads is the responsibility of the winner/s.
13. By entering the Promotion or claiming a prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
