Finally Hervey Bay is to have a Ramada – with Seascape Hervey Bay Pty Ltd having finalised their license agreement with Ramada Worldwide and the Wyndham Hotel Group. Construction of Stage 1, 46 dual key apartments on the Seascape site down at the marina is set to commence in August/September with the Seascape Vista Limited prospectus now released.
